Windrush Hill also offers the construction of shell packages for new homes and additions.  We work with our preferred trades to excavate and pour foundations, frame the structure and install the windows and roofing.  We essentially get the structure built and weather-proof.  This is an ideal fit for homeowners that have access to their own finishing trades and it can also be budget-friendly for large-scale projects.
